China posts Tibetan most-wanted list
China has posted a most-wanted list of 21 alleged riot ringleaders in Lhasa, offering rewards for information on their whereabouts.
The list posted on the Internet includes photographs of the suspects, the BBC reported. Informants are promised anonymity.
Two of the suspects have been arrested and one has surrendered, Xinhua, the official government news agency said.
Chinese authorities blame the Dalai Lama for the recent disturbances in Tibet and neighboring provinces. The government says 19 people have been killed, while Tibetan exiles in India say the total is much higher.
The last foreign reporters were forced to leave Lhasa a few days ago. The government also warned Chinese with access to the Internet against discussing Tibet online.
